A referral is successfully converted when a team or engineer you refer creates a new account on RivCut, uploads their CAD model, and places their first paid machining order. Once payment is confirmed, the referral status switches to "converted" and triggers your reward.
Payouts are calculated and processed 30 days after the referred parts are successfully delivered. Rewards are sent via secure bank transfer, PayPal, or Amazon Gift Card based on your preference.
No. There is absolutely no limit on the number of teams you can refer or the total payouts you can accumulate. Every new business you bring in earns you 5% of their first order (up to $150) — refer ten companies, earn ten rewards.
Self-referrals are not allowed. To earn referral commissions, you must refer secondary contacts at different companies or separate teams that have never previously ordered parts or requested a quote from RivCut.
